But it starts with putting away the slave food that if it didn't come from a naturally existing plant, then why are you poisoning yourself? Stop eating garbage animals too that if you really did your research, you'd be really disgusted of what those things do to your body. Then people complain about why they have cancer, heart disease and other ailments
Accuracy matters so much as well.Generic questionnaires created by consultants produce inaccurate results that are then added to one’s medical record. Those results become part of one’s medical history and can be weaponized against them. I see it in court all of the time.
My doctor stopped taking insurance, but even before that would keep info private---you could even pick a pseudonym for your account. What's really a pain is when your dentist's office starts asking those questions! Just remember the phrase "Patient denies recreational drug use..."
I do not give that information to my dentist and also do not let them do X-rays. Some doctors in dentist don't seem to understand that you do not work for them they work for you.

Yep I stopped talking and limited my appt to 1x a yr to keep access to my 1 needed med.
